Dr. Poonam Singh

About Me

Associate Professor

Teaching is my passion and I help students to chisel out their talents in best possible way. From over a decade of my experience, I have realized that teaching is not limited or mechanically instill the objectives of the teaching. Since a teacher is a researcher all her life, my research interests are Dalit Literature, Indian English Literature, marginality, autobiographical discourse, Caste question, Gender and women identity. I have explored my research interests nationally and internationally at The New School, India China Institute, New York, Mansfield College, Oxford, University of Liverpool. At national level, I have presented papers in the reputed Universities such as, University of Hyderabad, University of Lucknow, Jawahar Lal Nehru University, and in many colleges of University of Delhi."
