I believe in a philosophy that I cannot teach anybody anything, I can only make them think. As an avid learner of history, I have made an attempt to deconstruct the traditional ways of studying history and study it in a contextual manner which make it easy to transport a learner to the period he or she is studying. My endeavour is to take the students away from rote learning of often convoluted events and towards critical thinking through simplified understanding. This helps me in fulfilling my foremost duty as a teacher - to prepare students for the real world.
